For One Day Treks
- Cancellation 2 days or more before the event: A credit note for 100% of the trek fee will be issued.
- Cancellation within 2 days of the event: A credit note for 60% of the trek fee will be issued.
- Credit notes can be redeemed for any event organized by TOT within 6 months from the event date.
For Himalayan Treks
- 80% refund of advance amount if cancelled 30 or more days before the trek.
- 50% refund of trek fee if cancelled between 15 to 29 days before the trek.
- No refund if cancelled within 15 days of the trek.
For Adventure Camp
- 80% refund of advance amount if cancelled 10 or more days before the camp.
- 50% refund of trek fee if cancelled within 7 days prior to camp departure.
- No refund if cancelled within 2 days of the camp.
Rules
- Participants must follow instructions and decisions of the trek/camp leader.
- In case of disputes, the decision of TOT leader/authorized representative is final.
- Any disobedience is at participant's own risk and responsibility.
- Participants must disclose existing medical conditions before the event starts.
- Leader/authorized representative may continue without participants with medical constraints.
- Liquor, tobacco and cigarettes are strictly prohibited during treks/camps.
- Protect flora/fauna; no littering or noise pollution.
- No defacing monuments; violations may lead to expulsion with no refund.
- TOT and team are not liable for injury, sickness, accidents, death, or personal loss/damage.
- Adventure activities are undertaken at participant's own risk and responsibility.
